Coach Matheny and I provide the athletes in The Confident Athlete Program with a lot of different tools, strategies, and resources to help them develop a strong mental game.
Each month we are going to share some of this information through this newsletter. We hope as athletes, coaches, and parents you'll be able to implement them to improve yourself and/or your team.
The September Group Coaching Call focused on how to handle adversity. It's important to recognize that anxiety and pressure come from our thoughts. Knowing and understanding this allows us to take action to combat these negative emotions.
