Group Coaching: Pressure and Anxiety

The September Group Coaching Call focused on how to handle adversity. It's important to recognize that anxiety and pressure come from our thoughts. Knowing and understanding this allows us to take action to combat these negative emotions.

During the call, we shared a number of different strategies to deal with this, such as:

  • Connecting with your 'why' (plus, how to identify your true 'why')
  • Asking yourself, "what is the opportunity in front of you vs the threat?"
