The daily planning will help you to be more organized and productive. It provides you with an area to list your top priorities for the day in addition to all of your tasks. Next to your list of tasks and priorities is space for your daily schedule. This allows you to move items from your task list over to your schedule and block the necessary time in the day.
After you complete your list of tasks, top priorities, and schedule your day, the next step is to write out your top goals. Writing out your clearly defined goals every day is a powerful way to activate your Reticular Activating System (RAS) which will help you to find ways to achieve those goals.
Next comes the Morning Mindset Questions. These powerful questions will help you to quickly prime yourself for the day and focus on what matters most.
The final step of your morning routine is your accountability commitment. Daily accountability is one of the most impactful success habits you can ever implement into your life. Your accountability question is mirrored after the questions we ask in our accountability groups. It’s intended to make sure that every day you are working towards your bigger goals. With your busy schedule and commitments it is easy to fill your day with the urgent things and forget about the important things. By committing every day to work on at least one thing that will help you achieve your bigger goal, you’ll make amazing progress.
At the end of the day you have your Evening Mindset Questions. These give you an opportunity to review your day, celebrate the wins that you had and recognize your progress. This also helps you consciously and subconsciously begin to prepare for the next day.
Additionally, each day has space for you to keep track of thoughts, ideas, inspiration, and other notes. We also encourage you to use this space to get in the habit of journalling on a daily basis.
