"Jeff Heggie Coaching " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Jeff Heggie Coaching and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds of Hard Goods:


To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@jeffheggie.com
Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Hard goods must be returned to Jeff Heggie Coaching immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting info@jeffheggie.com as directed in step 1.
The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Jeff Heggie Coaching sole, reasonable discretion.


Non-returnable Items:


The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.coachheggie.com, www.confidentathleteprogram.com, or www.jeffheggie.com

The Mindset Journal can only be returned if purchased through Amazon and if you comply with Amazon's return policy.



Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:


To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Final decision is at the sole discretion of Jeff Heggie.

Coaching Packages

Once a payment is processed, or a check is cashed for a coaching package there will be no refunds. 
If the coaching package includes a monthly payment (subscription), the request to cancel the subscription must be in writing 30 days before the subscription payment is due. Request cancellation at info@jeffheggie.com.
