Jeff Heggie

Jeff Heggie is an Entrepreneur and Success Coach with a passion for helping others achieve their biggest dreams. Jeff teaches people to become optimal performing entrepreneurs, and helps athletes to master their mental game. He starts with a focus on mindset. Taking his client or their business to the next level always begins with the right mindset.

Jeff enjoys using his extensive experience in the banking industry, over twenty years as an entrepreneur, plus his training and experience as a coach to help his clients break through the mental and physical barriers that hold them back.

Jeff and his wife, Tamara, both grew up in Southern Alberta but now make Arizona home. Family and sports have always been important to him. He loves spending time coaching or watching his kids. He’s a former professional rodeo cowboy and has over twenty years’ experience coaching basketball.

Richie is one of the world’s leading thinkers and Top 100 coaches as honored by MG100. He is the CEO and Cofounder of PROUDUCT—an INC. 5000 company—a global entrepreneurship solution helping businesses go from idea to market with full-service sourcing, product strategy, and end-to-end supply chain. Richie was born and raised in San Diego before moving to Brazil and then Hawaii. Richie is happily married to Natalie. Renee Lopez

As a twenty-year coaching veteran, RENEE LOPEZ is an expert in the college recruiting process, leadership development training, and creating positive team environments. As a United States Soccer Federation (USSF)- and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)- licensed coach, she has recruited and produced 3 All-Americans and has been honored as Coach of the Year by her peers. In addition, she has served as an NCAA Compliance Director. She has learned the recruiting process from being a college student-athlete herself and from having worked as a high school varsity head coach for three years and a college coach for fourteen, in NCAA Divisions I, II, III, and NAIA.

Dr. Nathanial Hearne

Dr. Nathanial Hearne is an educator, coach, and mentor. He played an essential part in the lives
of those football players and coaches whom the film “Friday Night Lights” was about. As
Assistant Coach, he instilled a love of honor and sportsmanship in every team member,
leading them in strength and stamina conditioning. The Permian High School football team
became State and National Champions in 1989, State Champs in 1991, and Team of the Decade
in 1989. Dr. Hearne served as a North All-Star Coach in 1988. As Assistant Principal and then
Principal in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD of Texas, he turned around the Discipline Alternative
Education Program for challenging students managing it for five years and motivating hundreds
of potential drop-outs to remain in school and graduate. The Texas School Business magazine
recognized his Dropout Prevention Program as the best prevention program in the state.

Chip Baker

Chip Baker is a fourth generation educator. He has been a teacher/coach for over twenty four years. He is a multiple time best-selling Author, Youtuber/Podcaster, Transformational Speaker and Life Coach.

Chip Baker is the creator of the youtube channel/podcast “Chip Baker - The Success Chronicles" where he interviews people from all walks of life and shares their stories for positive inspiration and motivation.

Amberley Snyder

Amberley Snyder, born in southern California in 1991, discovered her passion for horses at a young age. Growing up in a competitive family, she excelled in rodeo events like barrel racing, pole bending, and goat tying. In 2010, a life-altering accident left her paralyzed from the waist down. Despite the devastating setback, Amberley's determination remained unbroken. Within four months, she was back on her horse.

Amberley's journey of resilience continued as she earned a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education in 2015 and a Master's Degree in School Counseling in 2018. Harnessing the power of social media, she shared her story through "Wheel Chair Wednesday" videos, showcasing her everyday tasks after the accident. Her videos gained popularity and inspired thousands of followers.

Amberley's unwavering spirit led her to compete in rodeos across the western United States. She was voted the fan exemption contestant at RFD-TV's The American, earning a standing ovation from over 40,000 fans.

Amberley's story transcends the rodeo arena, inspiring others to overcome their own challenges and embrace their potential. She serves as a powerful reminder that setbacks can refine, not define, us. Amberley Snyder stands as a beacon of resilience and determination, encouraging everyone to face their obstacles head-on and "Get Back on the Horse."

Jamy Bechler

Jamy Bechler is the author of five books, including "The Bus Trip" and "The Coach's Bulletin Board". He also runs the "Success is a Choice" podcasting network. Prior to his work as a leadership consultant, he spent 20 years as a college basketball coach and high school athletic director. Bechler now works with high-level individuals and teams helping them maximize their potential in the area of leadership, culture, and teamwork.

Hernán Chousa

Hernan Chousa is an Argentinian author, businessman, and public speaker. Based in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, he is the CEO of Chousa SRL, a global leader in zinc flake coatings.

With an impressive background as a former professional tennis player, Hernan is passionate about sharing his parenting experiences. Through his books, thought-provoking talks, and comprehensive online courses, he offers profound insights and practical guidance to help parents navigate the world of sports. His publications include "My Son the Tennis Player," "How to Help Your Kid Succeed in Sports," "ParentShift: The Skills You Need to Become a Super Parent," and "Put Your Mask on First: The Greatest Gift is Your Self-Development."

Chris Cosentino

Chris Cosentino is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at the American Association of Suicidology and has more than fifteen years of nonprofit leadership experience from some of the country's most respected organizations focused on mental health and family support resources.

Aside from his marketing background, Chris was the Head Coach of the New York University ice hockey team for ten years (2010-2020) where he led the program to two National Championship titles and other accolades such as numerous community service and academic awards as well as being named National Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2017. In 2013, he was hired by the New York Rangers to lead an on-ice training camp for the team at the conclusion of the NHL lockout.

Prior to NYU, Chris was one of the youngest Junior “A” Head Coaches in the country when he served as Head Coach of the New York Apple Core. During his time coaching junior hockey, he developed and advanced more than 200 players on to top collegiate and professional hockey with three of his former players making it to the National Hockey League (NHL).

Chris holds a BA in Public Relations from Hofstra University with a minor in Speech Communication and Rhetorical Studies. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC.

Jennifer Henson

Jennifer Henson ( a.k.a “The GOAL DIGGER”) is a nationally sought after test prep expert specializing in the ACT test. Jennifer, who was Winton Woods City School’s (OH) Teacher of the Year in 2014, holds a Master of Education degree with a Bachelor’s in English from Xavier University—where she was a walk-on tennis player. She’s taught 22 years and coached ACT prep for over 13 years-- and has an army of teachers trained to assist her requests for tutorials. Her former ACT students now attend notable higher learning institutions, including Notre Dame, The Ohio State University, Texas A&M, The Naval Academy, and the University of Kentucky—among others.

Jennifer has assisted students from California to Connecticut—and states in between—to reach their personal ACT goals. No score is too low or too high, as she has doubled the scores of students starting at the low end, in addition to helping initially higher scoring students achieve the coveted 36 on every section of the test. Two young men playing D1 football had a composite score of a 9 originally, and scored 18 and 20 (respectively) after working with her. Three of her former clients now have NFL experience, one is shining in the WNBA, and three are playing MLB!

Greg Berge

Greg has been a teacher, coach, and school administrator for 28 years. He serves as the High School Principal and Varsity Boys' Basketball Coach in Lake City, MN. He is the author of four books, is a speaker, a licensed Sports Leadership Facilitator with the Janssen Sports Leadership Center, and the owner of GB1 Leadership LLC.

In his 17 years as a Varsity Basketball Coach, his teams have been fortunate to win 11 conference championships (nine consecutive) and two section championships. As an assistant varsity coach, he helped coach teams who won multiple section championships in football and girls' golf. Greg has also been fortunate to coach many players who went on to play college basketball encompassing all levels (NCAA Division I, Division II, NAIA Division II, and Division III).

Bob Tiede

Bob Tiede (pronounced “Tee-Dee”) has been on the staff of Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ) for 52 years. He placed his faith in Jesus his freshman year at the University of South Dakota when a group of Cru Campus students from Iowa State shared Christ with his whole fraternity. Bob has served 8 years in Cru Campus and then 24 years as the CEO of Josh McDowell Ministry – a Division of Cru. And Now 20 years on the U.S. Leadership Development Team – developing the next generation of leaders for Cru. Bob’s blog LeadingWithQuestions.com is now in its 11th year and followed by leaders in over 190 countries. Bob has written 5 very popular free ebooks, including “Great Leaders Ask Questions” and “Now That’s a Great Question.” Bob’s mission is to help leaders everywhere multiply their leadership effectiveness X10 by moving from “Let Me Tell You!” to “Let Me Ask You!” Bob has been married to Sherry for 53 years and is the proud Dad of 4 adult children – all married and 8 incredible Grandchildren – all who love to ask their “Papa Bob” questions!

Jessica Peck

As a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care, over the last 20 years Dr. Jessica Peck has engaged, encouraged, equipped, and empowered families to raise holistically healthy kids. A native Texan, she is a clinical professor at the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. An internationally awarded nursing leader, she served as president of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Peck is an international advocate for persons in human trafficking, is a regular contributor to parenting magazines, and is a frequent guest on radio and television shows to promote the health of children. She is the author of Behind Closed Doors: A Guide for Parents and Teens to Navigate Life's Toughest Issues.

Trenell Walker
