​They don’t care what’s at 31 feet, they just run full speed ahead. Their focus and energy is on the immediate next action.  What’s beyond 31 feet doesn’t matter because when a group runs together with momentum obstacles will get the heck out of the way. When you charge together, don’t look back, commit full force and stay in the present moment.

​A group of rhinos are called a crash because of their potential together. Even though they are 600-pounds they can run up to 35 mph.  However, the fascinating thing is that they can only see 30 feet in front of them.  Think about that.  They run 35 mph while only seeing 30 feet ahead.  That 30 feet comes up pretty quickly!

Most of us know that a group of bees are called a swarm, a herd of cattle, a pack of dogs, etc.   But did you know that a group of rhinoceros is called a crash.  The reason is fascinating and the mentality can be used to spark your team.
